We are moving through this world blind to the effect that everyday things might have towards our energy, which disrupts the natural spiritual alignment. It may feel like being disengaged, feel like irritation or just like our mind is scattered and that clarity is missing. A lot of everyday things like, scrolling endlessly on social media, eating and drinking mindlessly, or even listening to someone complain away can disrupt this natural order. To get engaged we need to restore this spiritual alignment so we can get to feel and be one with life.

Spiritual alignment isn't about rigid dogma; it's about connecting with your core values, intuition, and a sense of purpose beyond the material. When your spirit is aligned, your thoughts, emotions, and actions work in harmony, leading to:

This isn't just about belonging to a community; it's about finding meaning, hope, and a deeper perspective on life's challenges.   • Practice Mindful Movement: Incorporate conscious movement into your day. Whether it's yoga, a walk in nature, or even just stretching, be present with your body and breath. 

  • Connect with Nature: Spend time outdoors daily. Observe the natural world, whether it's a park, a garden, or just looking at the sky. This helps you feel grounded and connected. 

  • Identify Your Core Values: Reflect on what truly matters to you. Write down your top 3-5 values (e.g., compassion, creativity, integrity). 

  • Take Aligned Action: Before making decisions or starting tasks, ask yourself: "Does this align with my core values?" Choose actions that resonate with your authentic self. 

  • Practice Gratitude: Daily, list 3-5 things you are genuinely grateful for. This shifts your focus to abundance and positive energy. 

  • Eating the right supplements: Try to research and find energy increasing supplements and/or herbs and incorporate in your daily diet. A lot of our diet consists of chemicals that hinder this natural energy.
